Boosting Worker Productivity in a New Industrial Park in Ethiopia
Ethiopia is currently trying to expand its manufacturing sector through the creation of several large industrial parks. Investors are attracted by the cheap cost of labour and electricity, but complain about the low levels of worker productivity. We will design and evaluate interventions aimed at boosting worker productivity in the newly launched industrial park of Hawassa.

The Integration of Refugees in the Jordanian Economy
Jordan currently hosts 600,000 refugees. The government has recently made it possible for refugees to obtain work permits and take up employment in selected occupations. In this project, we design and evaluate interventions to facilitate the integration of refugees in the Jordanian labour market.
